48 this morning at City Of Rocks State Park, NM
We didn't care much for Patagonia Lake so we left and drove here yesterday. Only 9 sites with water and electricity and we did not get one. However, we stayed at a remote campsite and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much.
Very unusual rock formations here and some trails to explore. Beautiful night sky with all the stars to see without any city light diminishing the site.
One site with "hookups" opened this morning so we moved into it and signed up for two more nights.
