55 this morning going to 75
Sunny today but rain forcasted for tomorrow. We were going to head for Lake Havasu today but now thinking we might enjoy the sun today and travel tomorrow. Don't know right now.
We moved on! Drove the 250 miles to Lake Havasu only to get to a state park that is full. Once again, we are spending the night in an overflow area with no hook-ups. We are at Cattail Cove State Park where we spent last Christmas on our first long voyage West. It's a lot more crowded (obviously because we can't get in) than last time, but we found out we were here before in a "slack time" between Thanksgiving and the first of the year. Lots of people come here for the entire winter.
We drove into town for dinner tonight. Will check out the RV Resorts tomorrow as this park is not quite as great as we remembered. But we have the car so we can explore other options.
